Garmin Forerunner Wrist
garmin forerunner wrist

i have a forerunner 50 watch and I have data from workouts, now what?
I got a garmin forerunner 50 wrist watch that records my heart rate, speed, cadence, calories, time and distance ran. I have about 6 workout sessions of data downloaded to my computer.
What do I do with the data? I am a new runner and I don't know how to analyze the data to help me.
Yeah, i know max heart rates, and to exercise in the 60% to 80% percent zone.
Is their some type of software that can analyze this data and give me suggestions on how to improve my workouts?
Anyone have any insight?
Im pretty sure this is just for you to track your progress to see how your speed and time has improved for the distances you run. The calories are just based on your weight and will never change. Also your heart is measured to see how your body handles the runs, the higher the heart rate, the harder your body is working.
