Timex E Compass Watch?

I bought a Timex E Compass Watch for a few months ago but only a few weeks on the button to know time out I did not notice this until I saw it had stopped. I contacted Timex and they asked me to send it for repair after that now have it back less than a few weeks stopped working after a closer look at the clock behind the target is marked with scratches where they have taken away again. I can even see a scratch on the face? as it had before being sent to get repaired? Can I request a replacement watch? or can any body give me a direct email addy for a part of Timex who can do something about it? I say this only about 3months old, I ask that a lot is sold for around £ 125 pounds
