Controlled critical functions in a fast paced Agile DevOps environment. Devised database maintenance plans, jobs, and failovers. Queried databases, managed servers, applied patches, monitored performance, executed scripts, established user accounts, produced reports, and liaised between clients and customers.

• Enhanced database query I/O, improved backup times, and enabled compliance with contractual restore obligations by applying jumbo frames on SQL servers and migrating to an NVME NAS storage solution.
• Recognized with a 2021 Silver Award for last minute, urgent Presidential Inauguration support.
• Honored with 2021 and 2020 Silver Awards for significant contributions maintaining NGNCP and reducing financial impact during the COVID 19 pandemic, plus a 2020 Diamond Award for on site mission support.

Led a 15 person team of Systems Deployment Specialists implementing and launching new Windows based computer systems. Trained specialists, supported large scale deployments, coordinated outages, organized data migration, decommissioned legacy hardware, and completed reporting requirements.
